Dancing For Birth™
Class :
"Dancing for Birth (TM)" classes
are a fun and uplifting, yet gentle, dance workout for prenatal and postpartum
women.
Weaving together Belly Dancing, African Dance, Caribbean Dance
along with basic yoga moves, "Dancing for Birth" classes teach women
how to use world dance moves to facilitate more comfortable pregnancies, labors
and births while encouraging optimal fetal positioning.
Postpartum moms can wear their baby in a wrap or sling and use the same
dance moves to stretch, strengthen, and tone their bodies after childbirth.
This is a feel good workout that will bring a smile to your face!
You DO NOT need to know how to dance to enjoy this class!
