Natural Childbirth Classes: 

In this class we will focus on birth as a healthy, normal event emphasizing natural pain relief methods. We will also cover breastfeeding, understanding the newborn, & postpartum care.

Spring sessions:  

Summer sessions: August 15, August 19, August 22, and August 29, Sundays 5:30-8:30, Thursdays 6:30-9. Location: Mud Puddle Toys, Salem. Sorry, this class is Full!

Fall Sessions:  4 Sundays, September 12, 19, 26 and October 10, 5:30-8:30pm(Sorry, this class has been cancelled due to surgery I've had done on my ankle)

 October 13, 17, 20 and 24 or November 14, 17, 21, and 24 (Sunday classes meet 5:30-8:30, Wednesday classes meet 6:30-9:00pm) Location: Mud Puddle Toys, Salem.

New location, new classroom, new, lower class fee: $185, which includes the class manual & hand-outs. Many insurance companies will reimburse you for part, or all of the class fee.

Natural Childbirth Refresher Class:  TBD  6-8:30pm, at Mud Puddle Toys, Salem.    Please Contact me at info@birth-bliss.com if you are interested. Fee: $50.

Dancing for Birth(trademarked) Classes: coming this summer!

Breastfeeding Consultation: in your home, to aid in assesing latch and positioning, and common breastfeeding issues. $50 per consultation.
